Refunds
If you changed your mind about your purchase, we will refund you at any time until the item has been picked up. Once the item has left our hands, it’s Final Sale.
Detailed photos are taken of the item before it leave our location, but please take photos and send them over if you feel something is wrong. Please note: all woodgrain is unique and will have natural flaws.
Your refund will be processed the same way you paid within 2 business days.
Shipping
We do not offer shipping at this time, but pickup will always be free in West London. The pickup address (and appointment times if required due to temperature) will be sent to you upon the completion of the sale.
For local delivery, the $10 charge covers a 15km radius from N6K5A1. This includes most of London, Kilworth, Komoka, Lambeth, and Mount Brydges.
